WHAT IS EYE GAZING ?
When you gaze into someone's eyes, you are observing beyond the body and attributes of the person you sit with. Participating in an eye gazing meditation allows you to recognise the truth of being in that moment. Your senses allow you to understand the incomprehensible harmony or union that link each one of us.
Recent evidence suggests Eye Gazing has been scientifically proven to be therapeutic,and through the experience we allow a new conscious mindfulness, changing the way we see and associate to the world in which we live.

This is my personal favourite as this deep exchange is very emotionally rewarding. No words are expressed so we allow each person to exchange from an open heart space with ease and grace. Many emotions may be released so holding space is also a way help you feel safe & supported throughout the session.
